If you ever begin a conversation with me in person about my beliefs, (I'm hard to run into, but I hope we get the chance.) I could possibly ask you this one question pretty early on:

Why has opium production - (The main ingredient in Heroin.  Percocet.  OxyContin.  Etc.) -  been on the rise,  "as never witnessed before in the history of Afghanistan," since 2001?  (When the United States invaded the country.)

Afghanistan was already the world's leading producer of opium at 90% before 2001.  And they've never even WITNESSED, in the history of the country, the amount of production they are seeing the "protectors" (The US Gov't) doing as we speak.  It sounds like the U.S. came prepared for production as well as destruction.

I'm starting to see a wave of people JUST NOW getting off of this gripping and murderous chemical, after pretty much starting when "Oxy's" first entered the conversation of the high school.  And that's almost **ANY high school  (now some middle schools) that you ask from 1995 until 2016+.  ANYwhere up and down the east coast, west coast, and spreading to central and across america.

If you're around my age, you might tell the same story of a classmate getting into some accident. (Probably DUI?) And, maybe it was a serious accident but, regardless, the pills came into the hands of teenagers and young adults.  At a time when a lot of us are SEARCHING for an escape from reality (TV).  The doctor was told to believe the patient.  The smartest kid in class was bored with high school, so he faked an injury.  And the rest is history.

In this article, from a "Luxury Rehab" ...(wait, what?  It's so bad...they have LUXURY rehabs?!?!  Anyway...)  the TOP RESULT for a google search of:  "How long has OxyContin been around?", is this site and their long-winded definition of the drug.  And, with mentions of Percocet and Oxycodone, it does NOT even MENTION opium.

The doctor never mentioned opium, the pharmacist never mentioned the opium, the politician never mentioned opium, and a cop has NEVER said, "Hand over the opium."

They knew.

They knew of the addictive qualities.  They knew because these people in the Middle East fought back with nothing to lose.  They knew because anyone that studies history was aware that the core of the drug, of course, is highly addictive.  Ask any Marine, and they will tell you that they saw the leftovers of a torn down society over there.  It was madness.

So, the US Gov't's next move, the NEXT one pretty much.........They're going to bring a bunch of THAT stuff here.  Put it in pretty little, tasty little, "make a normal man feel like a giant" PILL CAPSULES..........then call it something else.

....and...then...start...handing...them...out...like...motha' fukin' CANDY?

And, a lot of us know the rest of the story.  I'm fairly confident saying that every single person that reads this, will probably be able to say they know someone it's affected.

Meanwhile, what's in your face?  An election?  Has either candidate mentioned this issue? (or any issue for that matter?)  I'm calling out bullshit, and I have no time for it.

That's easy to see.  If this sinks in, take the thought to the next level and be aware of these two very important issues:

1)  There are militias forming within this great country preparing for the government to take away our guns.  People that study history and shit.

2)  Maybe don't argue so hard AGAINST Marijuana as an option for medicine anymore.  Please.  It's the cornerstone of our fight.
